A distribution agreement with Matra Communications, a French telecommunications system manufacturer

Nortel France acquires an equity stake in Matra Communications, which helps us develop our activities in telecommunications system distribution

Matra Communications becomes a part of EADS Telecom; we strengthen our cooperation in telco system distribution and establish a new agreement with the Envox Group, an innovative software company based in Sweden that specializes in IVR and contact centre technologies

We supply contact centre technology to TeliaCall

We launch our first call centre products: ProServer, ProCaller for call server management, and branch exchanges for the Windows operating system (3rd party CTI)

Aastra Technologies buy EADS Telecom; we extend our portfolio of telecommunications platforms, develop IP telephony and contact centre projects, and supply our own solutions for broker centres

Distribution agreement with Polycom, a leader in videoconferencing and VoIP technologies

We supply a contact centre to Seznam.cz

We launch our own soft telephone for Windows

We supply a contact centre to Czech Airlines

We begin our development of applications for Microsoft Lync (Microsoft Skype for Business) and implement our first reference projects

Mitel buy Aastra Technologies; we develop our partnership in IP telephony and Unified Communications

We launch SmartRecord, a hybrid platform for call recording

We supply a contact centre to VZP (a leading Czech healthcare insurance company)

We increase our share of the contact centre market by supplying solutions to customers across all industries

We expand our business to other EMEA countries
